JODY WRIGHT — Influenced by Georgia O'Keeffe, Jody's original paintings on canvas beckon the observer to "take a closer look". Whether the subject be florals, Victorian architectural or a soulful companion animal, the artist takes a deep look into what makes the ordinary...extraordinary.
Bold, and bright colors are balanced by subtle glazes, kissed with light.
"It's about Spring-even in the chilly days of winter...and love-even hidden in the form of a dog. There's just so much there when we take the time to really see it," Jody says about her work.
